The Sang Pemenang Approach
A sincere meeting.
Learning that comes alive.
The potential is universal. Living it is a personal journey.
Learning attends to participants’ experience, needs, and questions. We explore different perspectives, try things directly, and discuss what we discover.
01 · The Person as Our Starting Point
Everyone has potential.
Every journey has its own way.
Basic goodness and our deepest potential are universal. Recognizing and actualizing them takes shape through each person’s experience, needs, and life.
Sincerity and a sense of fit.
Participants are welcome to ask questions, share hopes, and say when an explanation or practice does not fit. Andreas listens and adapts his teaching. Through conversation and shared experience, we discover whether there is a resonance for learning further.
Learning shaped around the person.
Some people learn through dialogue, examples, movement, reflection, or direct practice. We attend to strengths, challenges, and the ways learning feels alive, then adjust the emphasis and rhythm.
- What are you experiencing?
- The experiences and circumstances that form the context for learning.
- What would you like to develop?
- Abilities, personal qualities, or something you would like to understand.
- How do you learn?
- Dialogue, practice, reflection, or a combination that fits.
- What can you try in everyday life?
- Steps that can be practiced in the participant’s own life.
02 · An Openness to See
One experience can be explored
from different perspectives.
In public learning, we offer ideas and possibilities. Participants are invited to observe their experience, ask questions, and try ways of seeing that may be helpful.
We do not impose a single doctrine. Different perspectives can be understood and considered in relation to the participants’ context, experience, and beliefs.
For example, difficulty expressing an opinion can be explored through four lenses:
Message and Skills
What would you like to say? How can you express your message and needs more clearly?
Inner Experience
What do you feel as you prepare to speak? Would a pause or a more comfortable sense of support help?
Relationships with Others
How do we listen to one another? What helps the conversation become more open?
Circumstances and Environment
Do the timing, roles, and shared habits allow space for different views?
A broader understanding opens possibilities that fit the people and circumstances involved.
03 · A Shared Learning Experience
We observe,
explore, and learn together.
We look at examples, try practices, and discuss what happens. Andreas is present as a teacher and companion in inquiry; participants’ questions and experience help shape the learning.
An Example · Learning to Listen
What does it feel like to be truly heard?
Two participants take turns speaking and listening. The listener summarizes what they have understood, then checks whether that understanding fits.
We reflect: when did we feel heard, what helped, and how can we bring the same quality into everyday conversation?
Practice may involve communication exercises, a pause, simulations, dialogue, or reflection. We digest our experience and discover steps to bring into daily life.
04 · Large, Small, and Personal
The way we meet follows
the purpose and depth needed.
Larger gatherings open perspectives; small groups offer room to go deeper; individual sessions allow more particular attention.
Public Forums & Larger Groups
Opening perspectives through a shared experience.
Seminars, keynotes, and public talks introduce ideas, examples, reflection, and shared practices. One idea can resonate differently with each person and open a new step.
Small Groups
Going deeper through closer dialogue.
In a more intimate group, perhaps around ten people, there is room to ask questions, try things, receive feedback, and learn from one another’s experience.
Individual Meetings
Recognizing a direction that is your own.
Personal sessions or coaching follow one person’s experience, hopes, and needs. The rhythm, emphasis, and practical application develop through a relationship and an understanding that deepen over time.
These formats can be used separately or combined according to what is needed.
05 · A Glimpse of a Session
What is learning
with Andreas like?
Some people want to learn communication, clarify their direction, or practice awareness. Others arrive with stress felt in the body or emotional wounds.
A company may also invite 10–20 people to learn meditation and mindfulness. An organization can send a few participants, perhaps five people, for individual coaching.
- 01
An Initial Conversation
Participants share what they would like to learn. Andreas explains the approach and answers questions. Both consider whether this learning feels like a good fit.
- 02
Designing It Together
The direction, format, duration, and fees are agreed together. Someone’s needs may fit a three-hour session; a team may need a different format and rhythm. The design grows from the conversation and the fit we discover.
- 03
Being Present and Experiencing
During the session, we talk, try practices, and notice what happens. Participants might recognize tension in a part of the body, practice meditation, or explore ways of listening. Practice and transmission unfold through this meeting.
- 04
Continuing in Everyday Life
After a session, Andreas usually offers reading, practices, or additional resources. Participants choose when and how to use them. If they would like to continue, we can discuss what happened in practice, answer questions, and adapt the next steps.
06 · Exploring It in Daily Life
What can we try
in everyday life?
What we learn can be explored in everyday situations: noticing the body beginning to tighten before replying to a message, listening until someone has finished, or expressing a need more clearly.
Questions You May Have
Finding a way
that feels right for you.
Do I need a particular belief or background?
This space welcomes different backgrounds and beliefs. We begin with human experience, with room to ask questions and consider things for yourself.
What if I am not yet clear about what I need?
An initial conversation can begin with what you are experiencing or what has drawn your attention. We can clarify your needs and the direction of learning together.
How does this approach work in a company or organization?
We get to know the participants and their working context, then develop the subject and practices together. Explore learning for organizations →
Does everyone follow the same practices and path?
Some experiences are shared, alongside room for personal differences. Small groups and individual sessions allow closer adaptation.
