Learning Meditation
with Andreas.
Follow the complete Learning Meditation Bali series by Inner Peace, taught in English by Andreas Pasolympia. The lessons form a sequence, so you can begin with the introduction and continue at your own pace.
The course explores recognizing awareness, working with distraction, and bringing meditation into everyday experience. Practices include breathing, sound, bodily sensations, walking, and resting in awareness.
For individual meditation guidance in Bali or online, explore Inner Peace.
Looking for more subjects? The Sang Pemenang Learning Space also offers self-paced courses, primarily in Indonesian.
Individual & Small Group Sessions
A space to ask
and explore.
You can bring questions, experiences you are still trying to understand, or a wish to learn something.
What can we explore?
For example, noticing stress as it is felt in the body, learning meditation, exploring relationships, or practicing how to listen and express your needs. An initial conversation helps us decide what to explore.
What happens in a session?
We recognize what is happening, then explore a conversation or practice that fits. You can ask questions, share what feels helpful, and adapt the practice together with Andreas.
What about small groups?
Friends, couples, or groups can learn together through conversation and practice. We discuss the subject, the number of participants, and enough time for everyone to take part.
Where can we meet?
Andreas lives in Bali. Sessions can take place in Bali or online. An initial conversation can happen by phone, Zoom, or Google Meet.
Activities in other cities can also be discussed, including scheduling, travel needs, and transportation costs.
Learning to facilitate
If you wish to guide meditation or help a group learn, share your experience and whom you want to accompany. We can discuss a suitable way of learning together.
Try It for a Moment
Listen to what
matters to you now.
Take a minute or two. Feel your body supported by the chair or your feet touching the floor. Give yourself time to arrive and recognize how you are right now.
Three Simple Questions
What would you like to talk about?
What has been drawing your attention lately?
What would you like to understand or develop?
What small step feels possible to begin with?
Write down one or two things that arise. You can bring them to an initial conversation or use them as a guide when choosing something to read, watch, or study.
