Ways to Learn
Designed together.
Lived through experience.
Each activity is adapted to the participants, circumstances, purpose, and time available. Ideas meet dialogue, reflection, and practices that can be explored in daily life.
Keynotes and Main Sessions
Opening perspectives and bringing an event’s theme to life through ideas, stories, and reflection connected with participants’ experience.
Interactive Workshops
Making room to explore. Participants learn through practice, dialogue, simulated conversations, and reflection on their own experience.
Classes and Learning Series
Deepening learning across several meetings, with opportunities to apply it, reflect on experience, and take the next step.
Interactive Conversations
Exploring questions together through guided discussion and questions and answers, following the group’s dynamics and participants’ needs.
Online through Zoom or Google Meet, or in person, according to needs and availability.
Possible Learning Directions
Close to the work.
Rooted in people.
These topics are starting points for a conversation. We develop the emphasis and learning experience around the organization’s needs.
Mindfulness and Presence at Work
Recognizing attention and automatic reactions, allowing a pause, and bringing presence into meetings, conversations, and decisions.
Making Room for Work Pressure
Recognizing the body’s and mind’s responses as pressure rises, finding support, and practicing a more spacious response.
Self-Awareness, Empathy, and Curiosity
Understanding our own patterns, opening to others’ experience, and building a habit of asking before drawing conclusions.
Human Communication
Listening fully, expressing messages and boundaries clearly, and meeting differences while caring for the relationship.
Leading with Clarity
Recognizing our influence on a team, understanding the situation, and making decisions with attention to people and shared purposes.
Discovering Potential and Motivation from Within
Recognizing existing abilities, values, and resources, then finding practical steps for development.
Working from Wholeness
Bringing thoughts, feelings, and actions together; recognizing the need for recovery; and developing a more sustainable working rhythm.
Service with a Human Touch
Recognizing customers’ needs, listening with empathy, communicating boundaries clearly, and caring for relationships in service situations.
Meeting Change Together
Change management from the human perspective: understanding responses to change, building shared understanding, and finding workable steps for adaptation.
How We Collaborate
We begin by listening.
Who will be learning together? What are they facing? What would they like to develop? An open conversation helps us discover a sense of fit and design a relevant activity.
