The Person Comes First
Your questions.
Your way of discovering.
You may be looking for a first introduction to meditation, returning to a practice you once loved, or seeking clarity about an experience that is difficult to describe. Your starting point matters.
Andreas listens to the way you speak about life, what is happening in your body, and the questions that feel alive. From there, a suitable way of exploring can emerge. Silence may feel natural to one person; another may find a doorway through conversation, movement, compassion, or direct inquiry.
A meditation teacher offers an ongoing conversation with experience. You can try a suggestion, describe what you notice, and ask again. Understanding becomes personal as the words find a meaning you can recognize for yourself.
How Andreas Teaches
Listening deeply.
Pointing simply. Learning together.
The ground is innate goodness, the natural clarity, openness, and warmth of our true nature. The way of recognizing it follows the person present.
Attunement to the person.
Your background, language, bodily experience, and present capacity help shape the guidance. The pace and explanation can change as the learning unfolds.
Direct experience.
A sound, a sensation, or a thought becomes something to explore together. A question can turn attention toward the awareness already knowing the experience.
A lived understanding.
Recognition is related to the life you are living: the way you listen, respond, rest, create, and care. Short moments of familiarity can return through ordinary activities.
In the Direct Path, inquiry turns toward experience itself. What knows this sound? How is awareness present as a thought appears? A pointer is followed by room to look, feel, and discover in your own experience.
A Journey of Learning
Curiosity, contemplation,
and the human body.
Andreas’s exploration began in childhood, with questions about reality and spontaneous experiences of awareness. His learning later expanded through hypnosis, NLP, communication, and the ways people shape their experience.
His academic background in communication brought attention to language, meaning, and relationship. Somatic approaches deepened his listening to the body. Contemplative study offered ways to clarify the recognition of awareness and true nature.
His learning has included Mahamudra, Maha Ati or Dzogchen, Advaita Vedanta, Zen, Plum Village teachings, and other contemplative traditions. These encounters inform a way of teaching that values direct recognition, kindness, and an understanding that can become fully lived.
Through InnerPeace Indonesia and Sang Pemenang, he shares meditation, personal guidance, courses, and conversations about human development. Read Andreas’s fuller journey.
The teaching materials Meditasi Organik and Seni Hadir untuk Pemula give this approach a practical language: recognize the pattern, make room, feel the body, and let a fitting response develop. Presence is accompanied by compassion and a willingness to understand.

Recognition and Embodiment
Let clarity enter
the life you are living.
The openness of awareness and the felt life of the body can be explored together. Embodiment gives recognition expression through sensation, relationship, choice, and action.
Recognizing the Ground
Awareness is close.
Hearing a sound, knowing a feeling, or noticing a thought can reveal the simplicity of awareness. Natural meditation invites a gentle recognition of the basic goodness already present.
Living the Recognition
The body has a place.
The body and emotions have their own rhythm. Through lightly feeling, listening, and allowing experience to be digested, understanding can become more available in how you meet yourself and others.
A useful question may be very ordinary: what happens in the moment before you reply? Can you feel the body, remember a kind intention, and let a fitting response emerge? Explore this further through the map of human experience.
Where You Are on the Path
Beginning, returning,
or looking more deeply.
A first exploration.
Start with a comfortable position and a familiar experience: sound, natural breathing, or the contact of the body with a chair. There is room to practise, ask, and find a doorway that makes sense.
A deeper conversation.
Bring an established practice, questions about nonduality, or experiences you want to understand. The inquiry follows your current phase and how recognition is finding its way into life.
