Beginning with Your Needs

A seminar begins with the right questions.

Do participants need to understand change, improve conversations between teams, or find ways to meet pressure? Will the event open a longer program or explore one particular issue? These questions help shape relevant material, examples, and interaction.

Learning Themes

Capacities that matter at work.

These themes offer a starting point. Together, we agree on the emphasis, teaching language, and depth of exploration.

01

Effective and Empathic Communication

Express a message clearly, understand the other person’s context, and check understanding. Themes can include coordination, feedback, and difficult conversations.

02

Self-Awareness and Decision-Making

Recognize assumptions and reactions that influence judgment. Participants explore a fuller picture of a situation before choosing a step.

03

Motivation and Adapting to Change

Connect personal potential with the needs of a role, understand responses to change, and find a direction for shared contribution.

04

Managing Pressure at Work

Recognize patterns of response as pressure rises, consider underlying needs, and develop communication that helps address difficulties.

An Example in the Workplace

A sample seminar: listening before drawing conclusions.

Participants recall a work conversation that became difficult. Andreas guides an exploration of what was actually heard, the interpretations that arose, and the needs left unexpressed. Participants then try more open questions and restate their message clearly. The experience becomes a starting point for shared discussion.

This is a sample design that can be adapted into a keynote, a seminar with questions and answers, a workshop, or a learning series. Duration and structure are discussed during preparation.

The Facilitation Approach

Learning that involves participants.

Explore Andreas’s approach

Sessions combine presentations, discussion, case examples, and practices relevant to participants’ work. Andreas invites people to examine perspectives, listen to one another, and explore possibilities for shared action. The structure responds to the program’s purpose, group dynamics, and available time.

These programs suit organizations that want to develop both individual capacities and the quality of working relationships. Self-awareness, empathy, and understanding help participants connect learning with their responsibilities and everyday interactions.

Self-awareness helps us recognize the effects of our actions. Compassion takes shape as care for the people we work with. Understanding helps a team find steps that serve both its organizational purpose and its working relationships.

Before We Talk

Questions about inviting Andreas.

What should we prepare before inviting a seminar speaker?

Share the event’s purpose, the participant group, themes or issues to explore, the date, location or online platform, and duration. These details help us shape the seminar together.

Can the material follow our event theme?

We can discuss themes connected with communication, awareness, stress management, and human development. Together, we develop a title and examples that reflect participants’ experience.

What are the speaking fees?

Fees are agreed through a conversation about the scope, preparation, duration, format, and any travel involved. Please include an indication of the event budget.

Can a seminar lead into a workshop?

Yes, the sessions can form a learning series. A seminar opens perspectives; a workshop offers time to try things, reflect on experience, and explore participants’ questions more deeply.

How do a seminar and a team workshop differ?

A seminar introduces ideas and opens perspectives through discussion and questions. A workshop allows more time for practice, simulated conversations, and reflection on working situations.

Shape an Organizational Program Together

What would your team like to develop?

Share your organization’s situation, the program’s purpose, the participants and group size, possible dates, location or online format, and available budget. We begin with a conversation to explore the fit and shape a direction for learning.
