Discover Andreas’s journey

Andreas has worked as a motivational speaker, seminar speaker, and trainer in communication and human development. Encounters with individuals and organizations have been part of his inquiry into how people respond to different situations.

Now based in Bali, Andreas also teaches meditation and awareness through Inner Peace to people from many backgrounds and countries. His communication studies and teaching experience come together in an exploration of attention, emotions, and relationships at work.

For organizations, stress management material is developed around the nature of the work, participants’ circumstances, and the program’s purpose. Organizational records, participants’ reflections, and teaching samples offer ways to explore whether the approach fits.

Beginning with Your Needs

When pressure affects how we work and communicate.

Work demands can affect attention, judgment, and how someone responds to colleagues. Learning begins with recognizing these patterns, understanding the needs that arise, and considering steps that help the individual and team meet situations more effectively.

Learning Themes

Capacities that matter at work.

These themes offer a starting point. Together, we agree on the emphasis, teaching language, and depth of exploration.

01

Recognizing Patterns under Pressure

Notice triggering situations and responses in the body, emotions, and thoughts. Participants map habits that influence their focus, communication, and actions.

02

Awareness and Caring for Attention

Explore ways to pause and return attention to the situation at hand. Simple meditation can be introduced as one practice within this context.

03

Understanding Emotions and Needs

Identify emotions as they arise, reflect on needs, and consider possible responses. The exploration follows participants’ experience and comfort.

04

Communication under Pressure

Listen with empathy, express needs and boundaries, and check shared understanding so that pressure can be discussed and addressed.

An Example in the Workplace

A sample workshop: choosing a response at work.

Participants reflect on a work situation that feels manageable to discuss. They identify what happened, the responses that arose, and needs that remained unexpressed. After pausing, they practice finding a clearer response and wording. Reflections can be shared according to each person’s comfort.

This is a sample workshop design. Attention practices, discussion, and simulated conversations can be combined according to the team’s needs, participant group, and available time.

The Facilitation Approach

Learning that involves participants.

Explore Andreas’s approach

Sessions combine presentations, discussion, case examples, and practices relevant to participants’ work. Andreas invites people to examine perspectives, listen to one another, and explore possibilities for shared action. The structure responds to the program’s purpose, group dynamics, and available time.

These programs suit organizations that want to develop both individual capacities and the quality of working relationships. Self-awareness, empathy, and understanding help participants connect learning with their responsibilities and everyday interactions.

Self-awareness helps us recognize the effects of our actions. Compassion takes shape as care for the people we work with. Understanding helps a team find steps that serve both its organizational purpose and its working relationships.
